Uncommon items in Badlands

Heya guys

I've heard tales of uncommon items in Badlands that might assist with leveling and buffing.
Could one of the more knowledgeable clarify as to what the item does and in particular how to get it?

- Voidstone Fragment
- Mask of the Void
- Scabbard of Blessing
- a lot of weird buffing stones...
