Thoughts on CEP

Just wondering how many people would be interested in having all the new CEP creature/placeable/area models. I've been looking through some of them and there's a fuckload of variety. I know highv doesn't want a forced download for badlands but we could have certain areas with CEP and maintain the mods vanilla feel if people aren't too keen on the download.

I don't mind the forced download if nobody else does, but it's one of those things that would need unanimous support or it just damages things
