Need some PVP advice

I humbly bow before the PVP experts here and seek your most valued advice.

so..where do i begin. i am fairly new to the PVP stuff. i have played NWN for a pretty long time, but i have always played on RP severs. Now i am posed with a inevitable PVP dilemma. so i get PVP is all about what your opponent can and cannot do, or what their defense comprises, so ill lay it out here...

My opponent...
Immune to magic (including mind effecting spells) (granted via armor)
Immune to stun (granted via armor)
Immune to knock down (granted via armor)
Immune to dev crit (but not OC) (nerf)

Not immune to disarm
Not immune to most weapon damage
will probably have DR of 25% in P/S & B

AC can be from 60-75
AB can be from 50-60

i have all the same immunities as above.

also,
I can also change alignment at anytime during the build process.
i can be 40th level
No build restrictions either (any mix of classes / levels)

So i beg you, what PVP build would you go with?

i don’t know if you are asking build advice for this server or another server but without alignment restrictions i would just build a
