The command !CHAR can be used ingame to send a near complete build plan to your own battle log, or someone else's battle log (send !CHAR as a tell to the player).
The only things you need to manually type up are;
The race
The alignment
The starting stats (STR,DEX,CON etc)
It is possible to make the game record a text file of ingame chatter, including your battle logs and the !CHAR build plan.

Step 1
Find your NWN install folder
Step 2
Find a file called 'nwnplayer'
Step 3
Open it with (with Notepad), and find, roughly ten lines down,
ClientEntireChatWindowLogging=0
Step 4
Change the zero to a 1 so it looks like this
ClientEntireChatWindowLogging=1
Step 5
Save and close 'nwnplayer'

Now when you run the game, your battle log, and some other chatter will be recorded in your NWN game folder, in the 'logs' folder, in the 'nwclientlog1' text file.
*Each time you start the game, this file overwrites itself, so copy what you need from it before you launch the game again!
