| Was wondering if there was anyway to play it on Win. 8? I dont have discs anymore, so anyway of knowing to play/install it (still have CD keys) would be much appreciated | |

| Download the disc images in Tech Support-->Helpful Downloads
Download, Daemon Tools Lite or equivalent ISO reader.
Install those discs, put in your CDkeys.
Download/install the 1.69 update after disc installs.
Do all of this with UAC turned off(tends to corrupt old game installations).
Report back if you have any problems. | |

| i play on win 8. I just turned off UAC like highv said- installed and viola. running like a charm  if you still have trouble run it in admin mode. usually tends to do the trick | |

| anyone have quick links to animation fix, world of aenea GUI overhaul, and skip the master server thing where it actually loads without waiting? Oh and new internets so I can actually play | |

| The master server waiting skip was on HoW site which is now down. And I think the overhaul is in override folder if you could email me it  | |

Its easy enough to do on your own. Locate the hosts file on your computer (something like c/windows/system32/etc). Open the file with a text editor like notepad and type the following at the bottom (doesn't necessarily have to be the last line): 0.0.0.0 nwmaster.bioware.com | |
