Server down

Hello,

I'm an old player returning to Neverwinter as of late and i'm really enjoying this server as it is almost the same as i remember it.
I'm from Australia so i am often on when others are not, unless i am playing with my friends.
Currently the server has been down for about 8 hours, is this a common occurrence?
I would like to be able to play when i get home from work and i haven't had any issues until tonight.
Hopefully this is a one off and we can get back to it soon.

This doesn't happen often. I'm also wondering what could have happened that the server would go down for so long.

I'm fixing it when I get home. I was on a boating trip and stayed at a hotel. Best guess is that the power got killed somewhere.
