So this maybe a simple issue but since I didn't play here in the past and I don't see any hints, how do I get into the merchant shop to gear up my toon in the underdark.

The front door is locked by default, I originally intended to unlock it, but apparently it's like that on purpose so I figured why mess with their plans.
Use the side door.

Is underdark still underneath the sewers? Where is the passage
