Please post here if something is wrong or if something is missing from the documentation.
Admins feel free to change/delete/move this post in any way.

All players have access to the testing area. Add "<TEST>" in front of your character name during creation.

Assassin

Alignment sent to evil at level 40.

Bonus to open lock skill: assassin level * 1.25 (requires special item)

Darkness has infinite uses (only one at a time)


[May no longer gain this AB]
+1 ab at lvl 4
+1 ab at lvl 15
+1 ab at lvl 25
(You're correct, it does not -Highv)

Bonus Feats: Still Present(-Highv)
level 14 assassin grants opportunist
level 18 assassin grants crippling strike
level 22 assassin grants epic dodge
level 26 assassin grants HiPS
level 30 assassin adds intelligence modifier to dodge AC

New Flanking Mechanics; When a flank attack is attempted, gain:
 -An attack bonus equal to their intelligence modifier - 5. This effect lasts for 3 seconds.
 -If more than 20 levels of assassin, the penalty (-5) is removed.
 -All damages rolls are maximized. This effect lasts for as long until someone targets the assassin.

Bard
Warcry: +1 ab every 7 bard levels
Song/Curse: Skill bonus and AC are halved (rounded up)
Song/Curse: New override mechanic. Weak songs will be replaced by more powerful songs when possible.

Barbarian

Barbarian Rage:
barb < 15
duration: 7rounds + 1 round/con mod + 4 rounds
-2 ac
+2 will
+4 Str/Con
 
barb >= 15
duration: 7 rounds + 1 round/con mod + 6 rounds
-2 ac
+3 Will
+2 ab
+6 Str/Con


Thundering Rage
Does not effect mighty rageduration: 13 rounds + 1 round/con mod

+2d10 Sonic Damage
Deafens the user (Barbarian cannot be effected by bardic songs)
On Hit: Deafen, DC 20+Barb Level fortitude save vs sonic (Deafness removes bard song)


Terrifying Rage
Duration set by thundering or greater rage, Bonuses stack with thundering rage and greater rage.
+3 Disc
+5 Listen
+10 Taunt
Effected enemies receive:
     Low level targets are paralyzed for 2-8 rounds
     Equal or greater level targets receive -2 Saves, -1 AB/5 barb lvls for 2-8 rounds

Mighty Rage
Does not benefit from terrifying or thundering rage
Duration: 1 round/Barb level (max 30) + 1 turn for every additional barbarian level after 30

+8 Fort/Will

Less than 30 Barbarian levels:
Weapon enhancement increased by Str mod/3
Disc increased by str mod/2
Shield users get con mod/3 bonus shield ac
Non-shield users get con mod/3 elemental damage resistance

Greater than or equal to 30 Barb levels
Weapon enhancement increased by Str mod/2 (weapon max is +20)
Discipline increased by str mod
Shield users get con mod/2 bonus shield ac
non-shield users get con mod/2 elemental damage resistance

Does not require cleave

BG bull str gives:
2-5 Strength bonus
+1 AB/5 BG lvls (permanent)
+1 Negative damage/3 BG lvls (duration is 9 seconds per BG lvl and cha mod, x2 with epic fiend feat)
On hit Greater Dispell (caster level = BG/2, permanent duration)

Epic Fiendish Servant: Adds an additional +2 AB

Dwarven Defender
Discipline Bonus: +1 Disc per level of DD
Concentration Bonus: +1 Conc per level of DD
Fortitude Bonus: +1 Fort for every 3 levels of DD

Energy Resistance: Requires token items
May Choose two primary elemental resistance types with 2 or more levels of DD
Primary Resist: 4% Immunity for every DD lvl

May Choose two secondary elemental resistance types with 15 or more levels of DD
Secondary Resist: 15% resistance bonus for every 4 DD levels

Defensive Stance: +1 AB per 6 DD levels upon activation For 1 second per DD level, plus an additional 10 seconds.

Fighter

Weapon Specialization: +1 Ab, +2 dmg
Epic Weapon Specialization +1 Ab, +4 dmg and an additional +1 ab for every 10 fighter levels

Harper Scout
Gains Use magic device as a class skill
Tymora's Smile: +1 universal saves per HS level, until rest

Sleep: Recharges every 30 seconds (or every 2 seconds if the target wasn't valid)
DC: Dex mod + Cha mod + (HS lvl * 6). A lvl 5 harper scout would get bonus of +30 to his DC.
Harper Scouts sleep will effect targets of any level

Craft Potion:

Creates 5 potions (6 if attempting cats grace). Cost is 60 gold and 5 xp.

Strength Potion adds +1 disc per HS level and +3-9 strength.
Dexterity Potion adds +2 to hide, move silently, open lock, parry, pick pocket, ride, set trap, tumble skills per HS level and +3-9 dexterity.
Wisdom Potion adds +2 to spot/listen skills per HS level and +3-9 Wisdom.
Charisma Potion adds +2 to taunt, perform, persuade, umd, intimidate, bluff, animal empathy skills per HS level and +3-9 charisma.
?wis potions?: currently unable to create them, possibly

Monk

Wisdom AC Scaling: Monks gain +1% bonus wisdom ac per monk level (20 monk gives +20% wisdom ac, so a wisdom mod of 10 would give a bonus of +2 ac for a total of +12 wisdom ac).

Improved Ki Strike 4: Grants +1 ab, +1d10 bludgeoning damage

Improved Ki Strike 5: Grants an additional +1d10 bludgeoning dmg, and an ab bonus of 1 + scaling wisdom ac bonus (20 monk with 30 wisdom would give +3 ab)

Monk Speed: Reduced by 30% if 21 or more levels of monk are taken

Spell Resistance: Every two EPIC levels of monk grant an additional +1 SR.

Wholeness of Body: Heals for an amount equal to double the monk level multiplied by the wisdom mod (2x[monk x wis]).

Paladin

Holysword: 50% chance to cast dispel with DC equal to paladin levels. Only removes spells that can be considered arcane.

Divine Favor: Paladin's divine Favor cannot be dispelled.

Palemaster
Tough as Bone: feat removed if more than 9 but less than 21 PM levels are taken (Feat is re-added at PM level 21 and above)
Epic Warding: Set to +20 if 20 or more PM taken [May not be correct]

Gains +8 Natural AC if the PC has 10 or more RDD and 10 or more PM levels.

Purple Dragon Knight
Final Stand: Duration is 1 turn. Gives +5 discipline, +100 temperary hp, +10 regen per second, and targets with half health or less gain +2 ab. Recharges every 5 minutes.

Oath of Wrath: Now lasts until rest

Heroic Shield: Grants 5/- mag/pos/div/neg DR to target. Re-applies to target every 2 rounds.
Caster/Target must have less than 10 palemaster levels and cannot be undead.

Inspire Courage: Removes all fear effects from allies and grants immunity to fear effects for 1 round per PDK level. Does not work on silenced allies.

Rallying Cry: Duration is 1 minute. +1 ab, +10% movespeed (allies only receive movespeed bonus, speed bonus will stack). Uses recharge every 5-10 rounds (recharge rate = 10-PDK level).

Ranger

See: One With the Land (spell)

Bane of Enemies: Bane of Enemies: Addtional ac (ac vs racial type) equal to wisdom mod/2 to certain favored enemies (constructs, dragons, dwarves, elementals, elves, giants, half-elves, half-orcs, humans, reptilians)

Favored enemies can be swapped at the doctor npc in the Dozo resort.

Blade Thirst:
-Undispellable
-Heal for half of total ranger levels each hit.
-Grants +1 ab per 6 ranger in mainhand, +4 ab per 4 ranger in off-hand (all ranged and melee weapons except unarmed attacks).

Red Dragon Disciple
Gains additional bonuses based on total RDD levels.

15 RDD: Sneak attack immunity
20 RDD: Character size set to large (-1 ab/ac, wields large weapons in one hand)
25 RDD: Permanent true seeing
30 RDD: Character size set to huge (-2 ab/ac), +4 strength

Gains +8 Natural AC if the PC has 10 or more RDD and 10 or more PM levels.

Rogue
Open lock bonus: +1 to open lock checks per rogue level (requires special item)

Detection Radius: Every level past 10 rogue, gain +1 detection radius.

Detection Bonus: +1.25 Spot/Listen/Search per rogue level.

Deadly Traps: Convert 10 epic traps into a powerful trap using crafting menu.

Shadowdancer
Shadow Evade: In addition to the vanilla AC and DR, now adds concelament bonus equal to twice the SD lvl. Duration is 1 round per SD lvl.

With the Epic Shadowlord feat:
  Additional +15% conceal
  Duration doubled
  Additional +2 dodge AC

Shifter
Does not require wildshape or spell casting ability
Unarmed shapes can use wisdom as their attack modifier
Some Shapes altered ...
Risen Lord: +5 Discipline, str is 22
Minotaur shape replaced with gelatinous cube
Golem shapes altered (quick overview: iron golem uses a greatsword, stone golem has an AoE knockdown, flesh golem has on-hit effects)

Blinding Speed: +20% movespeed, +1 attack per round for 1 turn (recharges 30 seconds after expiration). Characters with sneak attack receive +1% speed per sneak dice, +1 APR at 8d6 sneak dice, and +1 additional APR at 23d6 sneak dice.

Dirty Fighting: Now grants an On: hit blindness for all attacks, DC = BAB. DC is double when dirty fighting is actually triggered (see feat description)

Epic toughness: +20 HP and +1 dodge ac per rank

Improved Power Attack: Also grants +50% physical damage

Parry Mode: All parried attacks deal +200% damage.

Self Conceal: Stacks with other forms of concealment at half efficiency (adds +25% concealment with 5 ranks)

Whirlwind & Improved Whirlwind: +20 ab for 1.5 seconds on use

Zen Archery: Now allows player to use wisdom mod for their roll vs iron horn. Requirements: ranged wep equipped, less than 10 PM, less than 4 monk, less than 16 druid, less than 16 cleric.

Bloodfrenzy: +2 ab

Warcry: +1 ab every 7 bard levels

Bladethirst: +1 ab every 5 caster levels in main hand, +1 ab every 4 caster levels in off hand. One handed weapons receive -2 ab penalty. Duration: 2 rounds per caster level

Iron Horn: Uses either str or dex, whichever is higher. With 4+ monk or 10+ Palemaster levels you can only use strength for the roll.

Owl's Insight: Adds wisdom mod to AC (dodge ac type)

Heal kits: ranged attacks stop heal kit use

Ranged Weaponry: +1 AC for every 10 dexterity (shield AC type) (with shortbow, longbow, light crossbow, heavy crossbow)

Dusty Ioun Stone: Adds +2 dodge AC if no tumble classes are taken (these stones are now undispellable)

New patch from tonight, updated main post

Epic Weapon specialization: unarmed - Fixed a bug that gave incorrect AB values

Bard songs/curse will now override using the most recent perform value.

DD stance bonus now lasts an additional 10 seconds and has a sanctuary-like visual effect while in effect.

Ioun Stones no longer dispellable. Could allow for useful buffs in the future.
-Dusty Rose stone adds +2 Dodge AC if no tumble class is taken.

Zen Archery allows player to use wisdom mod for roll vs horn. Requirements: ranged wep equipped, less than 10 PM, less than 4 monk, less than 16 druid, less than 16 cleric.

Killing locations added to player death shouts.

HiPS *should* be added to assassin lvl 26 now

In addition to the listed Blackguard bonuses, they also receive an extra 2 ab if they possess the Epic Fiendish Servant feat. - The extra ab is added to the preexisting bull str bonus ab
